Our Mission

It is our mission to assist our clients to achieve their specific health and fitness goals. We collaborate to develop individualized exercise and nutrition plans. Health is an important job and the client and the trainers form a partnership to accept challenges and overcome obstacles to meet clients goals.


I’ve been instructed by personal trainers in the past and I’m proud to say that Mike Elliott tops them all. Mike has been a great source of motivation during workouts, as well as after hours. There are times when work is tough and I’m not feeling well. Even during those times, I look forward to going to Mike’s training sessions and I usually do come out feeling positive afterwards. Mike’s friendliness and his approachable attitude makes you want to go back to his training sessions.
